What is your return policy?
- All RiLEY items are eligible for return within 60 days of receiving your order if they are in new or gently used condition and sent with their original packaging.
- Items purchased as part of a set may be returned individually, items purchased as part of a bundle may not be returned individually. Any additional shipping costs (overnight, express, international, etc.) are nonrefundable. All Last Chance items and personalized items are final sale and are nonrefundable.

Can I exchange my order?
- Unfortunately, we don't currently offer exchanges. But, since ground shipping and returns are free, you can order the item you want and return the unwanted item.

When will I see my refund?
- You can expect your refund within 7-10 business of sending your item for return.

What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
- Hey, stuff happens. Don't worry, we'll make it right. If it's within 60 days, simply request a return. If it's after 60 days, contact our customer service and we'll help determine what went wrong.
