Orders & Shipping

  • What forms of payment can I use?

    • We accept all major credit cards, ApplePay, and PayPal
  • I want my sheets, like, today! How long does shipping take? Are there faster options?

    • Ground shipping is 3-5 business days.
    • Expedited is 2 business days.
    • Overnight is, well, overnight. Just make sure that you place your order by 12 PM EST. Otherwise, it will ship the following day.
  • How much does shipping cost?

    • Ground shipping is free. On everything. Seriously, everything.
    • Expedited shipping is calculated by FedEx when you check out.
    • Overnight shipping is calculated by FedEx when you check out.
  • Where do you ship?

    • All 50 states including Alaska, Hawaii, and military bases APP/DPO/FPO.
    • U.S. territories not included; calculated by FedEx.
  • Can I change/cancel my order?

    • Sure! Just send an email to CustomerService@Rileyhome.com by 12PM ET.  For example, if you ordered the wrong color at 9AM, just let us know by Noon and we can cancel your order.
  • Where is my order? Where can I find my tracking?

  • Do you offer gift cards?

    • Yes, we currently offer virtual gift cards that can be purchased on the gifts page.
  • What currency are your prices in?

    • All prices are in US Dollars.

Returns

  • What is your return policy?

    • All bedding items are eligible for return within 60 days of receiving your order if they are in new or gently used condition and sent with their original packaging. All other items are returnable if they are unused and sent in their original packaging.
    • Any original shipping costs (overnight, express, international, etc.) are nonrefundable.
    • Individual items purchased as part of a set may be returned for a full refund at no additional charge.
    • Items remain eligible for 60 days.
    • Must be postmarked within 60 days of receipt.
    • All personalized items are final sale and, as such, we cannot accept returns.
  • How do I return an item?

  • Can I exchange my order?

    • Unfortunately, we don't currently offer exchanges. But, since ground shipping and returns are free, you can order the item you want and return the unwanted item.
  • When will I see my refund?

    • You can expect your refund within 7-10 business of sending your item for return.
  • What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?

    • Hey, stuff happens. Don't worry, we'll make it right. If it's within 60 days, simply request a return. If it's after 60 days, contact our customer service and we'll help determine what went wrong.
  • Do you offer a trade discount?

Personalization/Monogramming

  • What products can I personalize?

    • Currently, you can personalize the following products: Spa Towel, Plush Towel, Hooded Waffle Robe, Terry Robe, and all of our Shams.
    • All personalized items are final sale and, as such, we cannot accept returns.
    • For all personalized orders, please allow an additional 7-10 business days.

  • I'm so torn! How do I decide between Percale and Sateen?

    • Think about what feels good on your body. Do you gravitate towards the cool crisp white shirt or the silky smooth t-shirt? If your idea of comfortable and chic is the white button down- you will love to sleep on Percale. If you feel the best in smoother materials, go for the Sateen.
    • You cannot go wrong. Both are made with 100% long-staple Egyptian cotton.
    • Percale is cool crisp, like a glass of Sauvignon Blanc.
    • Sateen is silky smooth, like a Cabernet.
    • In fact, you can fall in love with both and no one needs to know. We are that good in bed.
  • Ok, but I still can't decide which sheets I want. Do you have any samples I can try?

    • We sure do. Made on our finest mills- we ship them directly to you. You can try both linens with our Home Lie-On Program and decide what works best for you.
  • I did the Home Lie-On Program, and I love the Sateen/Percale.

  • How do you decide where to source your products?

    • Riley is committed to ethical sourcing for all our materials. Our family owned mills in Portugal ensures that our artisans and mill workers are treated with the respect they deserve and are given fair wages that can support a true quality of life. We have to have a clean conscience to sleep well at night.
    • We are Oeko-Tex certified- which means our source materials are free of harmful chemicals and synthetics. Oeko-Tex also test for color fading and acidity to ensure safety at every stage of production.
  • What if I can't get out of bed in the morning? Does Riley send late notes to my boss?

    • Of course. Send us a message and we'll do what we can

  • How do I wash/take care of my bedding?

    • Machine wash warm, use mild detergent.
    • We recommend washing similar items together- same color and weight (towels with towels/sheets with sheets)
    • Do not bleach.
    • Tumble dry low.
    • To prevent wrinkles, avoid drying all the way. Remove and fold promptly.
    • Do not dry clean.
  • How do I take care of my towels and robes?

    • Machine wash warm with like colors. Gentle cycle.
    • We recommend washing similar items together- same color and weight (towels with towels/sheets with sheets)
    • Do not bleach.
    • Tumble dry low.
  • How do I take care of my bath rugs and tub mats items?

    • Machine wash warm with like colors. Gentle cycle.
    • We recommend washing similar items together- same color and weight (towels with towels/sheets with sheets)
    • Do not bleach.
    • Tumble dry low.
  • How do I take care of my Pillows and Comforters?

    Pillows:

    • Machine wash cold. Use mild detergent.
    • Extra rinse cycle.
    • Do not crowd machine! This is not the time for a party!
    • Tumble dry low heat until thoroughly dry with 3 tennis balls to plump up the pillow.
    • Don't forget to remove the pillow cover! Wash that too when you wash your pillowcase.
    • Do not dry clean.

    Down Alternative Pillows:

    • We recommend front loading, commercial washing machine.
    • Machine wash cold. Use mild detergent.
    • After cycle is finished, run through 1 or 2 additional cold rinse cycles to remove any soap residue.
    • Tumble dry low heat with 3 clean tennis balls to maximize fluffiness.

    Goose Down Comforter and Alternative Down Comforter:

    • We recommend front loading, commercial washing machine.
    • Machine wash cold. Use mild detergent.
    • After cycle is finished, run through 1 or 2 additional cold rinse cycles to remove any soap residue.
    • Tumble dry low heat with 3 clean tennis balls to maximize fluffiness.
  • How do I take care of my 2 in 1 blanket pillow? (Also known as Convertible Down Blanket.)

    • Machine wash cold. Delicate cycle. Use mild detergent.
    • To maintain even distribution or fill, reflux or shake!
    • Do not bleach. Do not iron.
  • General Note about Care:

    Some Don'ts:

    • Don't use fabric softeners, dryer sheets, harsh liquid or powdered detergents.
    • Don't wash with clothing – zippers, hooks, etc. cause abrasion.
    • Don't use with household cleaning products.
