Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or military bases/APO/DPO/FPO?
- Sorry, we don’t. Because we ship with UPS and FedEx, we are unable to deliver to a P.O. Box address.
Do you ship internationally?
- We only ship within the contiguous US and do not ship internationally at this time.
What forms of payment can I use?
- We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Afterpay.
Can I combine discount codes?
- There is a limit of one discount code per order, so unfortunately, we can not combine discount codes for you at this time.

Why won't my discount code work on a bundle?
- Our bundles are priced to give you the best price possible for a set, so all bundles are exempt from the use of discount codes.
How long does it take to receive my order?
- Processing time typically takes 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. You can choose our free ground shipping, which can take 1-5 business days depending on your location, or opt for 2-Day if you're hoping to get your order faster.
- If a product notes a timeframe that it will ship within on its product page, you should expect to receive tracking within that window.
- For all monogrammed orders, please allow an additional 7-10 business days for processing.
How much does shipping cost?
- We provide free ground shipping to the contiguous 48 States that we ship to.
- We offer a faster option with 2-Day shipping starting at $13.
The shipping address on my order is not correct, can that be changed?
- If your order has not yet been processed, we will try to change your shipping address. Please email email@example.com with your order number and updated shipping address, and we'll get in touch to confirm if we're able to make the update for you.
- We work quickly to process your order. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it. For any questions regarding cancelling your order, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible during business hours. We’ll do our best to assist.
I placed an order but then created my account after the order was placed. Can you link my order to my account?
