Where does Riley ship?
  • We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States.
  • We unfortunately do not currently ship to Alaska and Hawaii, but we are working on it!
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or military bases/APO/DPO/FPO?
  • Sorry, we don’t. Because we ship with UPS and FedEx, we are unable to deliver to a P.O. Box address.
Do you ship internationally?
  • We only ship within the contiguous US and do not ship internationally at this time.
What forms of payment can I use?
  • We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Afterpay.
Can I combine discount codes?
  • There is a limit of one discount code per order, so unfortunately, we can not combine discount codes for you at this time.

Why won't my discount code work on a bundle?
  • Our bundles are priced to give you the best price possible for a set, so all bundles are exempt from the use of discount codes.
How long does it take to receive my order?
  • Processing time typically takes 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. You can choose our free ground shipping, which can take 1-5 business days depending on your location, or opt for 2-Day if you're hoping to get your order faster.
  • If a product notes a timeframe that it will ship within on its product page, you should expect to receive tracking within that window.
  • For all monogrammed orders, please allow an additional 7-10 business days for processing.
I keep hearing about issues with the holiday supply chain. Will this impact my order?
  • When you shop with Riley, we do everything in our power to process your order as efficiently and conscientiously as possible; however, orders may be subject to delays if unforeseen circumstances affect our shipping partners.
How much does shipping cost?
  • We provide free ground shipping to the contiguous 48 States that we ship to.
  • We offer a faster option with 2-Day shipping starting at $13.
How can I make changes to my delivery through UPS?
  • If you would like to make changes to your shipment, oftentimes the easiest way to do so is directly through UPS. If you haven’t already, you can create a UPS My Choice account! UPS My Choice gives you maximum flexibility to:

    • • Deliver your package on another day
    • • Deliver your package to another address
    • • Redeliver your package to your existing address
    • • Pick up your package at another location or UPS Access Point
    • • Leave your package with a neighbor
    • • Get an estimated and confirmed delivery date
    • • Provide you with up to the minute delivery alerts

    To request a change, please create a UPS My Choice account, open the page with your tracking number, and click the “Change my Delivery” button.

Can I cancel my order?
  • Once an order has been submitted we are unfortunately unable to make any changes to it, including cancelling. If you no longer want an item you purchased, please initiate a free return here!
My package is missing and/or stolen? What can I do?
  • Due to Covid-19, UPS is experiencing an unprecedented volume of packages that may cause delays. If you haven’t received your package but it has been marked as “delivered,” it will likely still arrive, so please allow 72 hours to pass before reaching out to While Riley cannot accept responsibility for packages that have been damaged, lost, or stolen in transit, we can help facilitate filling a claim through UPS.
I placed an order but then created my account after the order was placed. Can you link my order to my account?

What is your return policy?
  • If you decide that your new Riley product isn't for you, we are happy to accept returns within 60 days of your purchase if they are in new or gently used condition, in their original packaging. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment. You must postmark your items for return within 60 days of delivery receipt to be eligible for a refund.
  • Items purchased as part of a set may be returned individually, though items purchased as part of a bundle may not be returned individually. Keep in mind that we do not offer refunds for shipping fees, so if you originally selected 2-Day shipping for your order, you will only be refunded the cost of the item(s) you return.
  • All Last Chance items and monogrammed items are final sale and are nonrefundable.
How do I return an item?

Limited Warranty

Does Riley have a warranty program?
  • Yes, in addition to our 60 day return policy, Riley offers a limited warranty on the following Riley home essentials: White Goose Down Comforter, Down Alternative Comforter, White Goose Down Pillow, Down Alternative Pillow, which starts on the date of your purchase and lasts for five (5) years. This warranty guarantees products purchased from the site will be free from defects in material and workmanship.

What is the warranty period?
  • Warranty Period is five (5) years from date of your purchase.
What does the warranty cover?
  • This limited warranty covers during the Warranty Period (as defined below) defects in materials and workmanship in products purchased from the Site.
What does the warranty not cover?
  • This warranty does not cover any damages due to:
    • • Normal wear and tear as determined by the Riley Team at its sole discretion
    • • Damage sustained during transportation/delivery
    • • Storage
    • • Improper use
    • • Failure to follow the product care instructions or to perform any preventative maintenance
    • • Modification
    • • Combination or use with any products, materials, processes, systems or other matter
    • • Unauthorized repair
    • • External causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control
  • Though our five year warranty applies only to the following items: White Goose Down Comforter, Down Alternative Comforter, White Goose Down Pillow, Down Alternative Pillow -- we do accept returns for all other items (unless specified as final sale at time of purchase) within 60 days of your purchase if the items are in new or gently used condition and in their original packaging.   • Though we are not able to apply the warranty after the five year mark, our team is equipped with a number of tips and tricks to help maintain the longevity of your items.
How does the warranty work?
  • Within the Warranty Period, we will, in our sole discretion, either repair or replace your product free of charge or refund the purchase price. We will also pay for shipping and handling fees associated with the replacement, return, or repair. The Warranty Period is not extended beyond the original five (5) years if we repair or replace a warranted product. We may change the availability of this limited warranty at our discretion.
Who does the warranty extend to?
  • Riley’s limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser of products from the site. It does not extend to any subsequent or other owner or transferee of the product.

What certifications do your bedding products have?
  • Our of our sheets and duvets are OEKO-TEX certified, which ensures the sustainability and safety of our products and their production processes for general health and the environment by avoiding harmful substances and chemicals being used.
  • Our down pillows and comforters are Responsible Down Standard (RDS) certified, meaning that the entire supply chain is strictly governed by standards that ensure humane animal treatment as well as the highest-quality down.
What is Last Chance?
  • Our Last Chance products are available in limited quantities. Most styles will be discontinued and will no longer be available for purchase once they're gone.
  • All Last Chance items are final sale, and are only eligible for Last Chance-specific promotions on top of their marked down prices.
How do I prevent wrinkles?
  • We hate when our sheets come out of the wash all wrinkled — here's what we do to try to prevent that.
  • Untangle your sheets before putting in the wash and don't overload with other laundry when placing in the machine. It is best to tumble dry on a low setting with wool dryer balls, and remove promptly at the end of the cycle.
  • It's best not to over-dry your sheets and put them straight on the bed from the dryer, too. And last, the more you wash our sheets the softer they get. Washing regularly will relax the long-staple fibers which will make the sheets even softer, with less wrinkles.
How can I fluff up my comforter?
  • To fluff up your comforter, tumble dry on low with wool dryer balls. If you don't have wool dryer balls handy, we've found that tennis balls often do the trick in a pinch.

How do I take care of my bedding?
  • Machine wash warm, use mild detergent.
  • We recommend washing similar items together - same color and weight (towels with towels/sheets with sheets).
  • Do not bleach.
  • Tumble dry low.
  • To prevent wrinkles, avoid drying all the way. Remove and fold promptly.
  • Do not dry clean.
How do I take care of my bath accessories?
  • Machine wash warm with like colors. Gentle cycle.
  • We recommend washing similar items together - same color and weight (towels with towels/sheets with sheets).
  • Do not bleach.
  • Tumble dry low.
How do I take care of my pillows and comforters?


  • Machine wash cold. Use mild detergent.
  • Extra rinse cycle.
  • Do not crowd machine! This is not the time for a party!
  • Tumble dry low heat until thoroughly dry with 3 tennis balls to plump up the pillow.
  • Don't forget to remove the pillow cover. Wash that too when you wash your pillow.
  • Do not dry clean.

Down Alternative Pillows:

  • We recommend front loading, commercial washing machine.
  • Machine wash cold. Use mild detergent.
  • After cycle is finished, run through 1 or 2 additional cold rinse cycles to remove any soap residue.
  • Tumble dry low heat with 3 clean tennis balls to maximize fluffiness.

Goose Down Comforter and Alternative Down Comforter:

  • We recommend front loading, commercial washing machine.
  • Machine wash cold. Use mild detergent.
  • After cycle is finished, run through 1 or 2 additional cold rinse cycles to remove any soap residue.
  • Tumble dry low heat with 3 clean tennis balls to maximize fluffiness.
General Note about Care

Some Don'ts:

  • Don't use fabric softeners, dryer sheets, harsh liquid or powdered detergents.
  • Don't wash with clothing – zippers, hooks, etc. cause abrasion.
  • Don't use with household cleaning products.

  • Riley Rewards is our loyalty program that allows you to earn points every time you shop with us, because the only thing better than Riley is even more Riley. The process and perks are simple - whenever you make a purchase on our site, you will receive 1 point for every dollar spent which then can be redeemed as a credit on a future Riley purchase. It’s our way of saying thank you for living the life of Riley.
How can I earn reward points?
  • There are various ways to earn Riley Reward Points:
  • Account Signup: Create a Riley account and automatically earn 50 points.
  • Make a Purchase: Earn 1 point for every $1.00 spent on our site.
  • Write a Review: Earn 250 points for writing a product review of a past order you placed.
How do I sign up for Riley Rewards?
    • Signing up for Riley Rewards is easy! Simply, navigate to the account page and create a customer profile. If you already have a Riley account, sign in and head to the Rewards Program page to explore the program and perks.
How much site credit do I earn with my points?
  • For every 500 points earned, you will receive a $25 reward. Below is a simple breakdown of higher point values:
  • 500 points = $25
  • 1000 points = $50
  • 1500 points = $75
  • 2000 points = $100
  • 2500 points = $125
  • 3000 points = $150
How do I redeem my rewards?
  • Once you have earned enough points to redeem a reward (500 points), you may add items to cart and proceed to checkout as normal. In the checkout process, you will see an “Order Summary” that outlines how many points you have earned. From there, you can select which reward you want to redeem at that time and then click the “Apply” button. The reward amount will reflect as a custom, one-time discount in your cart.
What is the minimum purchase amount required to redeem a reward?
  • There is no minimum purchase requirement to redeem a reward.
Am I able to redeem my rewards while using another promotion or discount?
  • Rewards are not able to be redeemed with another promotion or discount.
How do returns work for items purchased with rewards?
  • To make the most of the points you’ve earned, we strongly discourage returns on purchases made with rewards though we will of course help coordinate whenever necessary. You will earn 1 point for every dollar spent, but if you return a purchase, points earned for that item will be deducted from your point balance. Additionally, you will not earn back the reward you redeemed to make the purchase.
  • Please note that rewards are evenly distributed to each item in your order. If you make a partial return, only a portion of the points earned for that item will be deducted from your balance. If you make a full return, all points earned for that purchase will be deducted from your balance.
Where can I check my point balance?
  • You can check your points balance by clicking Rewards Program from the “ABOUT” dropdown menu. You can also see your points balance once in the checkout process.
Can I consolidate two Riley Rewards accounts?
  • Riley Rewards accounts are not able to be combined, so we recommend always using a single customer account when making purchases to maximize your rewards.
Do my Riley Rewards expire?
  • There is no expiration date for Riley Rewards.
Are there any items on which rewards cannot be redeemed?
  • Riley Rewards may be redeemed on all products. There are no product limitations on our site at this time!

What is the Riley Referral Program?
  • The Riley Referral Program allows you to earn $25 every time a friend you refer successfully completes a purchase. It’s the best way to share the Riley goods you love with the people you love - just note, you cannot refer yourself.
  • For each successful referral, the referrer will earn 500 reward points, equal to $25, which can be applied to any Riley purchase. When using a referral code, the referee will get $25 off their first purchase of $150+.
How do I refer a friend?
