Customer Experience | Customer Experience Associate (New York, New York)
  • RiLEY is looking for a highly motivated customer-focused and solutions oriented thinker to join our Customer Experience Team as a Customer Experience Associate. This role is posed for rapid growth.

  • Responsibilities:
  • ● Be a RiLEY expert - share product knowledge and personal testimony while facilitating an experience that is curated to each customer
  • ● Address inbound customer questions via various channels, including email, chat, phone and social media
  • ● Follow and improve existing support and tracking processes - both from a people and technical perspective
  • ● Proactively identify opportunities to enhance all aspects of the customer experience
  • ● Collaborate cross-functionally through tracking and sharing customer feedback as well as on customer-focused and facing business initiatives

  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • ● Ability to thrive in and navigate a fast paced, rapidly changing environment with a positive mindset and demeanor
  • ● Passion for delivering a stellar customer experience
  • ● Ability to identify customer needs and tailor solutions with a high degree of urgency, resourcefulness and persistence
  • ● High degree of urgency, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and a detail-oriented mindset
  • ● Experience with Zendesk or other Customer Experience tools is a plus; comfortable learning new systems & technologies

E-Commerce | E-Commerce Coordinator (New York, New York)
  • RiLEY is looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Coordinator to help manage our brand site and customer engagement. You’ll report directly to the E-commerce Manager and work cross-functionally on all things rileyhome.com, including product updates, merchandising, as well as managing the site’s features and functionality.

  • Responsibilities:
  • ● Maintain and execute website content, imagery, and selection, including category and product listing pages
  • ● QA the site regularly to identify any product, inventory, or purchase barriers
  • ● Maintain the online FAQs in partnership with Customer Experience and Brand
  • ● Partner with Customer Experience and Site Operations to continuously improve site content and information to drive the best user experience
  • ● Effectively communicate updates to cross-functional teams and resolve project issues and escalations by presenting solutions and acknowledging roadblocks
  • ● Act as intermediary between RiLEY’s and its e-commerce partners to manage all new product information

  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • ● 1-2 years of work experience (prior e-comm experience is a plus!)
  • ● Detail-oriented and take pride in producing spectacular deliverables
  • ● Hard-working with a “no task is too small” attitude
  • ● Enjoy and thrive working in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment
  • ● An excellent communicator
  • ● Proactive self-started, with a desire to take on new challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset
