Customer Experience | Customer Experience Associate (New York, New York)
  • RiLEY is looking for a highly motivated customer-focused and solutions oriented thinker to join our Customer Experience Team as a Customer Experience Associate. This role is posed for rapid growth.

  • Responsibilities:
  • ● Be a RiLEY expert - share product knowledge and personal testimony while facilitating an experience that is curated to each customer
  • ● Address inbound customer questions via various channels, including email, chat, phone and social media
  • ● Follow and improve existing support and tracking processes - both from a people and technical perspective
  • ● Proactively identify opportunities to enhance all aspects of the customer experience
  • ● Collaborate cross-functionally through tracking and sharing customer feedback as well as on customer-focused and facing business initiatives

  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • ● Ability to thrive in and navigate a fast paced, rapidly changing environment with a positive mindset and demeanor
  • ● Passion for delivering a stellar customer experience
  • ● Ability to identify customer needs and tailor solutions with a high degree of urgency, resourcefulness and persistence

Operations | Operations Coordinator (New York, New York)
  • RiLEY is looking for a highly motivated solutions-oriented thinker to support our E-Commerce and Logistics Teams in a cross-functional capacity as Operations Coordinator.

  • Responsibilities:
  • ● Review and manage customer orders daily, including warehouse and shipping reports to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery of all customer orders
  • ● Consistently monitor product inventory levels and resolve any discrepancies
  • ● Act as intermediary between RiLEY’s CX and Warehouse Teams
  • ● Work to create efficient PO lifecycle process, including tracking POs and working with RiLEY’s International and Logistics Teams
  • ● Act as intermediary between RiLEY’s Planning and Product Development Teams to manage all new product information
  • ● Manage RiLEY’s Monogram Program, Sample Orders, and Donations, as needed

  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • ● Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year of experience in fast moving environment
  • ● High degree of urgency
  • ● Resourceful and persistent - you’ll stop at nothing to make sure every inquiry is actioned and solutioned
  • ● Clear communicator with excellent writing skills and the ability to multitask - you can chat with coworkers in real-time and at a rapid pace
  • ● Ability to navigate difficult or ambiguous situations, always with a positive approach and while remaining cool under pressure
  • ● Frequently described as a team player with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
