RiLEY passionately believes that everyone deserves to feel safe, cared for, and supported. That’s why we teamed up with Robin Hood and WIN, two New York City poverty fighting organizations to launch Blanket The City.

Generous in Stitch & Spirit

For every blanket and throw purchased on RiLEYHome.com, a new blanket is donated to a family in need at one of eleven WIN shelters throughout New York City.

We’re in This Together

RiLEY collaborated with Robin Hood to identify WIN – New York City’s largest provider of shelter and services for homeless women and families — as the ideal beneficiary for Blanket The City.

Make it Count

WIN is the largest provider of shelter and services for homeless women and families in New York City, providing shelter and services to nearly 10% of the city’s homeless population. In the past year, more than 9,800 people have called WIN their home.

Warmth for All

Blanket The City was launched in our home town first, New York City, with the plan to expand with other organizations nationally. Our goal is to positively impact families in need with the comfort of home.

Since 1983, WIN has been transforming the lives of New York City’s homeless women and their children by providing a holistic solution of safe housing, critical services and programs they need to succeed on their own — so the women can regain their independence and their children can look forward to a brighter future. With more than 1,600 units of transitional housing providing shelter for more than 4,600 people every night, WIN focuses on solutions for the many causes of homelessness by helping women improve their job skills, life skills, personal health and more. “Every night, 1,600 families sleep at a WIN shelter. Our families are so grateful to have RiLEY Home blankets to decorate their rooms, and to one day bring to their own apartments.”

— Christine Quinn, President and CEO of WIN
